Considering the jail remarks, it can be seen that he has been released on furlough leave by an order dated 02.04.2026 from 28.04.2026 to 11.05.2026 and by an order dated 22.04.2025 he has been released on parole leave from 08.06.2025 to 13.06.2025 and has surrendered late by one day. The jail remarks indicate that conduct of the petitioner was not good. Considering the same, no justifiable reasons have been given to grant prole leave. The petition is rejected, accordingly. 3.
