This is an application for correction of a typographical error that has appeared in the cause title of the application under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and order of this Court dated 07-05- 2026, passed in Arb. P. No. 9 of 2025. 2. Mr. B.A.Wanswett, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the error was due to a bonafide mistake, whereby instead of the respondent No. 1 being shown as H/Q, Chief Engineer Shillong Zone (MES), Spread Eagle Falls, Shillong, has been wrongly typed as Chief Engineer (AF) Shillong Zone. He prays that necessary correction may be made for the ends of justice. 3. The prayer of the applicant is not objected by Ms. M.Myrchiang, learned counsel vice Dr. N.Mozika, learned DSGI. 4. Accordingly, the cause title appearing in the application as also in the order dated 07-05-2026, passed in Arb.P.
