At the very outset, Mr. J. K. Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that an advertisement dated 20.02.2007 was issued to fill up 89 posts of Shikshakarmi Grade-III. He would contend that mass irregularities were committed in the selection process, 2 therefore, a complaint was made by the petitioners before the CEO, Zila Panchayat, on 23.11.2020, and before the Collector, District Mahasamund, on 23.11.2020, but till date, no decision has been taken. He would further contend that a direction may be issued to the Collector, Mahasamund and CEO, Zila Panchayat, Mahasamund to decide the pending representation/complaint. 2. On the other hand, Mr. Kumrani, learned Panel Lawyer, would oppose the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. Heard. 4. Having considered the limited prayer made by Mr. Gupta, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Collector, Mahasamund and CEO, Zila Panchayat, Mahasamund, to decide the pending representation/complaint of the petitioners expeditiously, in accordance with law.
