Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got close relative but they don’t have sufficient landed property in the State of Jharkhand, hence he cannot comply the conditions. 3. Considering the submission, I modify the condition to the effect that one of the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner and it is not necessary to have a landed property in the State of Jharkhand. 4. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is allowed to the aforesaid extent only. 5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Court concerned through FAX immediately.
