Respondents For Petitioner : Mr. Pushkar Sinha, Advocate. For Respondents : Mr. Abhishek Gupta, Panel Lawyer. {Hon’ble Mr. Justice Naresh Kumar Chandravanshi} Order on Board 05/02/2026 1. Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :- 2 (10.1) That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records relating to the case of the petitioner. (10.2) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to respondent no. 2 to allot the proposal land marked it in the village- Salka, proposed Khasra no. 396/1, 402/1, 423/2 total admeasuring as 2.925 hectare in lieu of acquired land of the petitioner. (10.3) Direct the Respondent no. 6 to decide the case No. 02/v- 19(3) /2018-19 for the allotment of alternate land to the petitioner in lieu of acquired land of the petitioner within time bound period. (10.4) Any other relief which Hon’ble ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and cost of the petition. 2. The manner in which the pleading has been made by the petitioner shows that the petitioner is seeking relief of alternative land against his own land, which has been utilized by respondent authorities, but it has not been specifically pleaded by the petitioner that he is the owner of the said land and since when he is in possession of the said land. Thus, this court is of the view that pleading is vague, hence, I am not inclined to entertain instant writ petition invoking extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file better constituted petition, if he so advised.
