Sri.H.N.Vasudev, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 submits that the e-auction as scheduled in terms of the Notification dated 15.05.2026 was not carried out rendering the first prayer infructuous. 3. Insofar as the second prayer is concerned, the submission is that the representations have been considered. On enquiry, as to whether a formal order has been passed, he submits that he is not aware of such a formal order. 4. In that view of the matter, if no formal order has been passed on the representations, directing the respondents to pass such a formal order within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, petition stands disposed.
