Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Manager of the Bank who has been falsely implicated in the present case.

I have taken into account the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS as well as other witnesses. On an assessment of the same, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, CRM(A) 1698 of 2026 is dismissed.
