The petitioner has filed the present writ application with the prayer for a direction upon the SIR Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working in Saudi Arabia as driver and his passport is going to be expired in the month of September, 2026. The petitioner is intending to apply for extension of the passport but the passport authorities are not accepting the application of the petitioner as the name of the petitioner from the voter list has been deleted. He submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate Tribunal and prayed for expeditious disposal. 4. In view of the above, the appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 2 5.
