1. This is a Civil Writ Petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the orders dated 11.10.2022 (Annxure P-3) and 11.02.2026 (Annexures P-4).

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek alternative remedy in accordance with law.
