The writ petition is not maintainable. The petitioner seeks review and recall of the order dated September 23, 2024 passed by a coordinate bench in WPA No.1912 of 2024. The petitioner had a remedy by way of an appeal. 2. The petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal. A prayer for review of an order of a coordinate bench by this bench, can never be entertained. This Court is not an appeal Court and such application for review has been filed almost after two years from the order passed by the coordinate bench. 3. Moreover, if the petitioner wanted review of her Ladyship’s order, the petitioner should have filed a 2 review application before her Ladyship instead of filing a writ petition seeking review of her Ladyship’s order. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 5. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
