Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for ten months. Petitioner is the husband and marriage was solemnized on or about
01.07.2024. There are issues relating to poisoning. Learned advocate for the petitioner has relied upon the document of the FSL. Today a report has been submitted on behalf of the State enclosing the FSL report. Le the same be kept with the record. I have taken into account the genesis of the dispute. Previously this petitioner was accused in a rape case where the victim is the deceased. A compromise was arrived at, subsequent to which marriage took place and within ten months of such marriage, the incident has taken place.
2 Without further going into the merits of the case and as charge-sheet has been submitted, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the relevant witnesses are examined. Learned Trial Court would expedite on issues relating to consideration of charges. To that effect, learned Trial Court will split up the case, if there is any absconding accused and complete the examination of relevant witnesses within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order. The application for bail, being CRM (M) 1525 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
