He further submits that petitioner preferred appeal against said order before Executive Director, State Health Digitally signed by AJINKYA PANSARE Date: 2026.08.21 16:20:55 +0530 2 Resource Centre on 18.10.2022 but till date, no decision has been taken. He prays that a direction may be issued to the authority concerned to decide the pending appeal expeditiously. 2) On the other hand, learned State counsel would oppose. 3) Heard. 4) Having considered the limited prayer made by Mr. Rao, this petition is disposed directing respondent No. 2 to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 18.10.2022 expeditiously, if already not decided.
