1. Since common question of facts and law are involved in all the writ petitions, they are heard analogously and are being decided by this common order.

Learned counsel for respective respondents raises an objection with regard to nature of relief as claimed in the writ petitions. They would further submit that petitioners were appointed on the post of Assistant Professor and Senior Resident respectively on probation and according service rules, period of probation is of three years. Though the period of three years come to an end in the month of May-June, 2025, however, still the order of confirmation of petitioners on the post on which they were appointed is not issued. They would further submit that similarly situated employees have approached before this Court
4 by way of filing different writ petitions, which were disposed of by common order dated 17.12.2025 considering the submission made therein that process for police verification of some appointees is in process for further proceedings. They would further submit that after passing of an order of confirmation, subsequent steps will be taken for
consideration for promotion in accordance with the Chhattisgarh Public Service (Promotion) Rules, 2003.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioners submits that in view of the objection raised by learned counsel for respondents, he may be permitted to withdraw these petitions with liberty to repeat the prayer at appropriate stage.
4. In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for petitioners, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. However, petitioners will be at liberty to repeat the prayer for grant of promotion at appropriate stage, if any exigency arises in future. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge Balram
