Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was placed under suspension on 24/02/2025 under Rule 9(1-2)(k) of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966, on the allegation that she was accepting a bribe of Rs.8,000/- for stamping the nozzle attached to an HP Petrol Pump. It is further submitted that the prosecution took nearly 11 months to file the charge-sheet, and the petitioner was released on bail on 29/04/2025 on account of the failure of the prosecution to file the charge-sheet within the stipulated period.
Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has also submitted various representations for revocation of suspension but the respondents authorities have not decided the said representations till date. Hence, the petitioner prays that the respondents may be directed to consider and decide the representation Annexure P-6.

Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that if the representations submitted by the petitioner is still pending
consideration, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the submissions made by
3 learned State counsel, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the petitioner’s pending representation Annexures P-6 for revocation of suspension and reinstatement in service, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
