Mr. Bapin Baidya, Advocate ……for the Petitioner 1. Affidavit of service as filed be kept with the record. 2. In spite of service, there is no representation on behalf of any of the authorities. 3. The petitioner is aggrieved that her application for family pension has not been considered by the authorities. The petitioner’s father was a permanent Group-D staff in the post of Peon in the Department of Land and Land Reforms and Refugee Relief and Rehabilitation, Government of West Bengal. 4. The petitioner’s father expired sometime in 2008, while her mother had predeceased him. The petitioner had applied for family pension in September 2010, which has not yet been considered till date. 5. The respondent no. 8, is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order, strictly in line with the applicable provisions, rules, and guidelines. 6. The resultant order shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereafter. 7. With the afore-stated direction, the writ-petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. P a g e | 2 8.
