Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that even after the last rejection of bail in the month of February, 2026 the victim till date has not been examined. Petitioner is in custody for more about 13 months. I have taken into account the materials appearing in the case diary and the present stage of the case and is of the opinion that there has been no change of circumstances since the last rejection of bail on 03.02.2026. Consequently, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 2 Accordingly, CRM(M)973 of 2026 is dismissed.
