Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR dated 11.04.2026 registered as Case Crime No. 00159/2026 under section 3, 5 read with section 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, and section 3 read with section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act P.S. Kotwali Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in Case Crime No. 00159/2026 under section 3, 5 read with section 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, and section 3 read with section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, P.S. Kotwali Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar till the pendency of present petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to surrender before the court concerned, however, they may be given some reasonable time to surrender. 5. Learned State counsel have not raised any objection. 6. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the petitioners to surrender before the court concerned on or before 25.05.2026.
