Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ quashing/set aside the notices bearing No.PAPS/ARGHI/GNL/121/2021 dated 31.12.2022 issued by the respondent no.2 vide Annexure-A (1) to A(5) b. Grant such other relief/s that this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case, to the petitioners, in the interest of justice. 2. When the matter came up, Learned HCGP submits that in pursuant to the notice dated 31.12.2022, the petitioners appeared before the respondent No.2 and gave their statement and also stated about the dispute i.e. O.S.No.155/2021 pending before the Civil Court, Anekal. Since the dispute is civil in nature and the suit is also pending, the respondent No. 2 has - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18573 WP No. 3045 of 2023 issued an endorsement stating that the said dispute is civil in nature and the dispute has to be resolved in the Civil Court. 3. In the light of the endorsement dated 05.04.2023, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 4.
