CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SHAHZAD AZEEM, JUDGE
ORDER 22.09.2026
Learned counsel appearing for the appellant fairly submits that, with the afflux of time, this petition has been rendered infructuous. He, however, prays for liberty to pursue the matter with the concerned Police Station. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty, as prayed for. Needless to say that, in case the petitioner approaches the jurisdictional Police Station, the grievance shall be considered in accordance with law.
