Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has assailed transfer order dated 07.04.2026 (Annexure P-1), in terms whereof, the petitioner who is serving as a Lab Assistant has been transferred from District GDC Jhandutta, District Bilaspur to GSSS Tarsooh, District Bilaspur. 2. The main contention of the petitioner is that the transfer is bad as it has been actuated by mala fidies. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner stands transferred on the basis of DO Note by respondent No.3, who as per him is a busy body. On a query put to the learned counsel as to what is the stay of the petitioner at the present station, the Court has been informed 2 that the petitioner is serving at the said station since the month of July, 2017 earlier as a Peon and thereafter as a Lab Assistant. 3. In light of the fact that the petitioner has already completed more than 8 years of stay at the present station, this Court is not impressed by the fact that because the petitioner has been transferred on the basis of a DO Note, therefore, the same requires any intervention. As the petitioner has been transferred after permitting him to serve at the present station for more than reasonable time, this Court sees no reason to interfere with the impugned transfer order and the petition is accordingly dismissed. 4.
