Prasad espondents: for Revenue for Registration & Stamps The Court made the following: IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH [3311] the twenty second day of June two thousand and twenty six Bhanumathi D/o. late D.Sardar Khan, aged about 72 years Residing at Door No.9/14, Akkayapalli, Ramakrishna Colony, …Petitioner Respondents 2 BSB, J W.P.No.15960 of 2026 ORDER: This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “..to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, a) declaring the action of respondents Nos. 6 and 7 in approving, processing and registering Doc. No. 286/2026, dated 21.01.2026 and Doc. No. 287/2026, dated 21.01.2026 in respect of 4 cents and 9 cents respectively out of Survey No. 28/1B, extent of Ac. 3.695, Putlampalli Village, Kadapa, YSR District, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the mandatory procedure of scrutiny, b) consequently declaring that Document No. 286 of 2026 and Document No. 287 of 2026, in so far as they relate to the subject property in Survey No. 28 / 1B, Putlampalli Village, Kadapa, YSR District, are void ab initio and non-est in law, c) directing respondents Nos. 3 to 5 to initiate appropriate disciplinary proceedings against the 6th respondent / Sub-Registrar, Kadapa Urban, for approving the registration of Document Nos. 286 of 2026 and 287 of 2026 without mandatory online webland verification, without considering Refusal order No. 2 of 2025, dated 10.03.2025, and without verifying the Gazette proceedings, dated 06.04.1985 and 06.09.1985, and to take further action in accordance with law and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 3 BSB, J W.P.No.15960 of 2026 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner requested to permit the writ petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition afresh by adding necessary and proper parties. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as aforesaid. There shall be no order as to costs.
