1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-
“(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to produce all the relevant records relating to case of the petitioner before this Hon'ble Court for its kind perusal. (ii) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the impugned show cause notice dated 13.09.2022 issued by Respondent No. 2 Director, Raipur to the petitioner (Annexure P/4). (iii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash / set-aside the whole departmental enquiry procedure against the petitioner. (iv) That this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct respondents to give suitable compensation to the petitioner for the mental trauma and agony, harassment and hardships suffered by him as also cost of the litigation.”

Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the departmental enquiry has already been concluded and a final order has been passed by the disciplinary authority.
3. Having considered the aforesaid facts, in the opinion of this Court, the present petition has become infructuous. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the final order passed in the departmental inquiry.
4. With the aforesaid observation(s), this writ petition is disposed of.
