Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been no progress in the present case in spite of earlier direction passed by this Court. Learned advocate for the State prays for some time. In view of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the State, I direct that at least as a matter of priority the independent seizure list witnesses so far as the present petitioner is concerned, be completed by 31st December, 2026. The petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid time period is over. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1564 of 2026 is rejected.
