ORDER 16.09.2026
1. In terms of order dated 09.12.2024, interim protection was granted to the petitioner, subject to deposit of an amount of Rs. 10.00 lakhs within a period of two weeks. The said protection was granted taking a lenient view of the matter and on the assurance that the aforesaid amount would be deposited within the stipulated period.
2. However, when the matter was taken up on 19.11.2025, the aforesaid
order remained uncomplied with. Even thereafter, despite the matter having been taken up on 03.02.2026, 28.04.2026 and 08.09.2026, the petitioner failed to comply with the aforesaid direction.
3. In view of the aforesaid persistent non-compliance, no further indulgence can be granted to the petitioner. The matter is, accordingly,
disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to avail of such other remedy as may be available to him under law.
4. Disposed of.
