Since identical issue involve in these petitions they are being heard and decided by this common order. For sake of convenience WPS No.1313/2020 is taken as lead case. 2. Following relief(s) has been claimed in this writ petition:- 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records relating to paper publication dt.26/01/2019 issued by the respondent no.2 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may also kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to award parity to the petitioner with that of the adjoining land owners by either acquiring the land of the petitioner procedurally as per the New Land Acquisition Act 2013 or awarding compensation to the petitioner as per the land purchase policy of the State Government. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents in the alternative, to deliver the vacant possession of the land of the petitioner, encroached upon by them for the construction of Road no.8. 10.4 Any other relief, including the cost of this petition, as it appears to be fit and appropriate to this Hon'ble Court. 3. Learned counsel for the parties submits that this Court on 07.07.2025 directed the respective parties to appear before the Mediation Centre to explore the possibility of amicable settlement between them. In compliance with the said order, the respective parties through their representatives appeared before the mediator on 20.08.2025 and have arrived at a settlement which are recorded in the mediation report. Thus, it is prayed that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the mediation report submitted by the mediator. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. The mediation report dated 20.08.2025 has been sent by the Registry which shown to be settled. In light of the settlement arrived at, these writ petitions are disposed of and it is expected that the concerned respondents shall comply with the settlement within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7.
