The petitioner - Corporation agreed to reinstate the Respondent-workman into service without continuity of service, without consequential benefits, without backwages from the date of dismissal till the date of actual reinstatement as per the order passed in W.P.No.996/2019 c/w 34965/2018. 2. Suspension period will not be treated as on duty and pending default cases if any which are filed will be reopened. 3. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms." 3. Sri V.S.
