By way of present writ petition, the petitioner seeks writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to enforce demarcation/Nishan-dehi report dated 14.11.2024 alleging encroachments. 2. In the considered opinion of this Court, the issue with respect to encroachment and proof of the demarcation report are disputed questions of fact which need to be proved considering evidence, the petitioner has alternate remedy in law. 3. In view thereof, this Court finds no reason to entertain the present writ petition. The same is ordered to be dismissed.
