The writ application has been preferred praying for early hearing of Misc. Case No. 39 of 2026 pending before the Learned ESI Court, Kolkata. 3. It is submitted that the said Misc. Case relates to a prayer of restoration of ESI Case No. 7 of 2020. The petitioner submits that his prayer may be considered on an early date so that the petitioner can avail of the amnesty scheme which is available till 30th of September, 2026. 4. Accordingly, on hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the Learned ESI Court, Kolkata shall hear the application being Misc.
