The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandrapura P.S. Case No.56 of 2025, for offence registered under section 126(2), 115(2), 109, 118(2), 352 and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending before learned A.C.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that false allegations are made against the petitioners and the petitioners and the informant are the neighbours. He next submits that the alleged occurrence is said to be dated 09.06.2025 whereas the FIR has been lodged on 16.06.2025. He next submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.14 of the petition. He also submits that in the order of the learned Sessions Judge it has come that the injury is simple in nature. 4. Looking to the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there is direct allegation of assault upon petitioner no.1, namely, Sachin Kumar Pandey @ Sachin Pandey, and in that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.1, namely, Sachin Kumar Pandey @ Sachin Pandey, and as such, prayer for anticipatory bail in respect of petitioner no.1 namely Sachin Kumar Pandey @ Sachin Pandey is, hereby, rejected. 6. So far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, the only allegation is there against him that he was present and allegation of assault is not there against petitioner no.2, namely, Ratan Pandey, and in this view of that matter, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.2, namely, Ratan Pandey. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner no.2, namely, Ratan Pandey, is hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner no.2, namely, Ratan Pandey, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with Chandrapura P.S.
