This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Barasat, District North 24 Parganas to dispose of the Title Suit No. 202 of 2024 expeditiously. From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that 12th November, 2026 has been fixed for hearing of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 Code of Civil Procedure. This civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Barasat, to take up hearing of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date fixed, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and shall make all endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the application under Order Rule 11, the learned Trial Judge shall make endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit 202 of 2024 expeditiously.
