Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.663 of 2026 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Jatni, arising out of Info Valley P.S. Case No.261 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Sections-310(2)/311 of BNS, 2023 read with Section 25(1)(a) of Arms Act, 1959. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that he is at all fours with the co-accused who have been released on pre-arrest bail by order dated 04.08.2026 by this Court in ABLAPL No.8886 of 2026. Hence, on the ground of parity, the Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer. 5. Taking into account the nature of allegations, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper. 6.
