Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved that her pensionary benefits are not being released on some pretext or the other. In fact, all her documents and requisites have been submitted with the University and are lying with the University. 3. The only concern is the service record of the petitioner and the continuity thereof, to ascertain as to whether she is entitled to the entire pensionary benefits as claimed. 4. I have been informed that the entire matter is pending before the Director of Public Instruction. The same has been pending as the respondent- University has not forwarded the requisite documents to the Director of Public Instruction. 5. I direct respondent no. 8, to immediately forward all documents in terms of the communication of 29.03.2022 by 20.04.2026, to the Director of Public Instruction. 6. The said Director of Public Instruction shall thereafter upon adequate notice of hearing to the P a g e | 2 petitioner, conduct the hearing and dispose of the matter by 15.05.2026. 7. The resultant order of such consideration will be communicated to the petitioner by 25.05.2026. 8. The petitioner will be at liberty to disclose any further documents that she wishes to rely upon at the hearing before the Director of Public Instruction. 9. With the afore-stated directions, WPA/2993/2026 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
