By way of filing this petite, the petitioner has prayed for payment of arrears of Rs.2,28,021/- with the statutory interest in respect of consolidated arrears bill of step-up since 2008-09 to2013-14. 3. Counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation before respondent No. 5 i.e. the District Education Officer, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur, his case will be considered and appropriate order will be passed. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to file fresh representation before respondent No. 5 who will consider the case of the petitioner. The representation should be filed within four weeks and the decision should be taken within six weeks, thereafter. 5. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any benefit, the same should be extended to him within a period of two weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons whatsoever, the reasons should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 6.
