Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court’s order dated 24th June, 2025 has not been complied with. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant places a notice dated 13th July, 2026 passed by the Assistant Engineer (C), Building Department, Borough-I, Kolkata Municipal Corporation calling upon the parties to make necessary submissions. 3. The parties were heard by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. An order dated 19th August, 2026 was passed directing Tapas Kumar Manna and Bably Mukherjee to take certain measures as contained in the said order. The said order is appealable before the Building Tribunal. 4. It is made clear that after expiry of the period of limitation for challenging before the Building Tribunal, the Kolkata Municipal Corporation shall take steps as 2 available in law if the private respondent does not complied with requisitions contained in the order dated 19th August, 2026. 5. With the aforesaid observations, CPAN 785 of 2026 is disposed of. 6. The notice dated 13th July, 2026 and the order dated 19th August, 2026 are taken on record. 7.
