Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent omission/mistakes in paragraph 1, 2 and 8 of the order dated 05.08.2026. 3. In view of the above, in the order dated 05.08.2026 in the 4th line of paragraph 1, the sentence ending with “Misc. Case No. 76 of 2017 was dismissed” be read as “Misc. Case No. 76 of 2017 was dismissed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court of Barasat, North 24 Parganas” and in paragraphs 2 and 8, “Title Suit No.17 of 2017” has inadvertently been record as “Title Suit No.17 of 2027”. Let the same be read as “Title Suit No.17 of 2017” instead of “Title Suit No.17 of 2027”. 4. However, the remaining parts of the order dated 05.08.2026 stand unaltered. 2 5.
