Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.33 dated 23.4.2025, under Section 21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Chattiwind, Amritsar, the petitioner has preferred this 2nd petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail. 2. On 17.4.2026, the petitioner was afforded the concession of ad interim/anticipatory bail subject to his joining of investigation. The petitioner was again directed on 18.5.2026 and 29.5.2026 to join investigation. However, the petitioner has chosen not to join investigation till date. No reason much less any plausible reason, has been shown for the petitioner’s non-joining of investigation. 3. In view of the above, the petition in hand stands dismissed.
