This modification application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 17.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46631 of 2025. The petitioners have also prayed for extension of time for furnishing the bail bonds. 3. The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail with a condition that they will deposit a demand draft of Rs. 3,80,000/- before the learned ACJM -IX, Bhagalpur/concerned Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17205 of 2026(2) dt.24-04-2026 2/2 Court. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioners has produced a photocopy of the certificate issued by the Court below and has submitted that the petitioners have deposited the amount in question. 4. In view of the above, the Court below is directed to verify the deposit of amount of Rs. 3,80,000/- by the petitioners and if the petitioners have deposited the said amount then their bail bonds shall be accepted as has been directed vide order dated 17.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46631 of 2025. 5. It is made clear that the time granted for furnishing the bail bonds is also extended by six weeks from today. 6.
