This intra-court appeal is directed against the order dated 30.10.2025 and 10.01.2025 passed by learned Single Judge thereby a direction for full reimbursement of medical expenses was ordered. 3. The writ petition is still pending. 4. On 19.02.2026, the Court passed the following order:- “1. List on 24.02.2026, to enable the learned counsel for respondent no.1 to file objection to CM APPL. 11693/2026, an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the present appeal. 2. In the meantime, an additional affidavit shall be filed by the appellant-Institute stating clearly, as to whether, the matter relating to respondent no. 1 for relaxation was ever placed before the Executive Council of the appellant-Institute and, as to whether, any decision by the Executive Council was taken in the said respect. We have been informed that an extraordinary meeting of the Executive Council of the appellant/Institute was held on 23.02.2026, wherein a resolution was passed that expenditure incurred on the treatment of the respondents may be reimbursed on the actual basis by the Institute which would be subject to a final decision in W.P.(C)14175/2024 and other pending litigations on such issue. 6. The resolution passed by the Executive Council of the appellant/Institute in its meeting held on 23.02.2026 is taken on record. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed in terms of the said resolution. 7. We, thus, direct that the payment shall be made as decided by the Executive Council on 23.02.2026.
