The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2025 addressed to respondent No.1, vide Annexure ‘J’, wherein the petitioner has sought for reinstatement and continue the service of the petitioner as per Order dated 23.05.2018 vide Annexure-C. Respondent No.1 has not considered the representation. Hence, this petition. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the records. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent No.1, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 23.04.2025 submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure ‘J’ and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. In view of the disposal of the petition, pending interlocutory application(s), do not require survive for consideration and are accordingly disposed of.
