Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been granted contract (lease) for parking of three wheelers at Azamgarh Station for three years w.e.f. 16.12.2024 to 15.12.2027. He has been depositing the licence fee. The respondent authority has now taken possession of the parking area without providing any proper parking area to the petitioner. In this regard, petitioner has moved several applications before the authority concerned, however till date no action has been taken on the same. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent-authority to consider the grievance of the petitioners. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case, we dispose off the writ petition permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith certified copy of this order raising all his grievances before the respondent Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Beerendra Pratap Singh, Kamalesh Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : A.S.G.I. Rajesh Singh .....Petitioner(s) Union Of India And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) No.2/Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), N.E.R. Varanasi within a period of one month from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the concerned respondent shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date he receives the representation of the petitioner.
