The petitioner has filed this petition with the following reliefs:- “ 10.1 Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to forthwith furnish to the petitioner a complete copy of the Enquiry Report submitted by the Enquiry Committee pursuant to the enquiry conducted in relation to fixation/revision of fee for the petitioner's M.D./M.S. (Ayurveda) Post Graduate courses. 10.2 Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to grant the petitioner a reasonable and effective opportunity to submit its objections/r epresentation to the Enquiry Report and to afford a fresh personal hearing before taking any final decision regarding fee fixation/revision. 10.3. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction restraining the respondents from passing or giving effect to any final order of fee fixation/revision in respect of the petitioner's M.D./M.S. (Ayurveda) Post Graduate courses without first supplying the Enquiry Report to the 3 petitioner and considering its objections in accordance with law. 10.4 Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner/College submits that the petitioner-institution is seeking a limited relief that the petitioner/College may be supplied with a complete copy of the enquiry report submitted by the Enquiry Committee pursuant to the enquiry conducted in relation to the fixation of fees for the petitioner/College’s M.D./M.S. Ayurveda Post Graduate Course. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the enquiry report cannot be supplied to the petitioner, as the enquiry was conducted in the presence of the petitioner/College and the petitioner/College is well aware of the deficiencies pointed out therein. It is, therefore, submitted that there is no necessity to supply a copy of the enquiry report to the petitioner. 4. Having considered the rival submissions of the parties and in order to afford a fair opportunity to the petitioner, this Court directs the concerned authorities to supply a copy of the enquiry report to the petitioner. Though the enquiry was conducted in the presence of the petitioner, the petitioner is entitled to know the findings and opinion recorded in the enquiry report. Accordingly, the complete 4 enquiry report shall be supplied to the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today. The concerned authorities shall, however, be at liberty to retain the relevant charges/fees, if any, for supplying the said report. 5.
