Hon’ble Alok Kumar Verma,J. This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers:- “(I) Issue a writ, order or direction to the learned IInd Additional Senior Civil Judge, Haridwar to decide O.S. No. 19 of 2021 Kaushal Shikhola Vs. Ramesh Shikhola and Another, to decide the suit expeditiously and / or within the fixed time frame work as to be fixed by this Hon’ble High Court. (II) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the circumstances of the case as also in the interest of justice. (III) Allow the writ petition with costs.” 2. Heard Mr. Siddhartha Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Mr. Siddhartha Singh, Advocate, contended that the petitioner, a senior citizen, aged about 74 years, is defendant no.1 in the original suit, filed for partition. He has placed reliance on The Uttarakhand Case Flow 1 2026:UHC:2733 Management (for Subordinate Courts), Rules 2009. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned trial court is directed to make an endeavor to decide the Original Suit No. 19 of 2021, “Kaushal Shikhola Vs. Ramesh Shikhola and Another”, as expeditiously as possible, as per law, but not later than six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5. With the said directions, the present Writ Petition (WPMS No.678 of 2026) is disposed of. 6.
