The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to dispose of the prayer of the petitioner for transfer on the grounds of illness as also distance, on the basis of the representation dated November 23, 2025 and pass a reasoned order. The said reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner. 2 3. The petitioner will be given a hearing and will also be permitted to furnish documents in support of her prayer. 4. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 6.
