The petitioners have filed the instant petition for following reliefs:- “10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities particular respondent No. 4 to comply order dated 14.10.2024 passed by the respondent No. 2 and to expeditious decide pending execution representation filed by the petitioner at the earliest in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner had approached this Court seeking compliance of the order dated 14.10.2024 passed by respondent No.2/Collector, Durg (C.G.), under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. Learned counsel for the State further submits that having regard to the subsequent developments, it appears that perhaps the aforesaid order dated 14.10.2024 has been complied with and therefore, the present petition may be dismissed as having become infructuous. 3. Having considered the submissions and the material available on record, it appears from the pleading of the petitioner that the order dated 14.10.2024 has been complied with.
