Upon reaching his age of superannuation, he was disengaged by the APWD on 28.02.2026. The writ petition has been filed claiming that the petitioner’s date of birth with the authorities is wrong. 2. It is now well settled that a dispute with regard to correction of Date of Birth with the employer cannot be raised after the date of superannuation as per records of the employer. The writ petition is belated and hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 3. WPA/388/2026 stands disposed of without any order as to costs. 4.
