The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
“PRAYER WHEREFORE, it is most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to; a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or
order directing the Respondents No.2 to 4 to consider the /Application dt.04.03.2026 as per Annexure - B submitted by the Petitioner for grant of License in Form CL-7 with reference to the material available on record.

b) Issue any other appropriate writ order or direction as the Hon'ble Court deemed fit to be granted under the facts and circumstance of the case to meet the ends of justice.”
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that they have made an application on 04.03.2026 seeking grant of license in Form CL-7. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondents have failed to consider the same. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of respondents submits that the respondents will consider the representation in accordance with law.
4. Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties, this Court is passing the following order:
ORDER i. The respondent No.3 shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2026 within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
ii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
