By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “i. That the respondent may kindly be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for granting the arrear of revised pension/family pension/gratuity/Revised salary within a time bound manner. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:11895 ii. That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider and decide the Representation (Annexure P-3) of the Petitioner accordance with law with in time bond manner.” 3. In light of the fact that the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, as agreed, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall abide by the final judgment passed by Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 2108 of 2023, titled Bhagat Ram Vs.
