Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case and the facts have been distorted as there was an existing relationship between the petitioner and the victim. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary. The statement of the victim in Section 183 of the BNSS reflects that complicity of the present petitioner and the victim was also recovered from the house of the petitioner. Having considered the overall circumstances, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, CRM(A) 1620 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 Pending application, if any, is disposed of accordingly.
