CORAM: HON’BLE MRS. JUSTICE SINDHU SHARMA, JUDGE
ORDER
22.09.2026
On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed, as the impugned order had been withdrawn by the respondents, and sought time to obtain instructions in this regard.
Today, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the non-appearance of learned counsel for the petitioner and there being no further instructions on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition appears to have been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the present writ petition, along with the connected application(s), is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
