CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.I.ARUN
ORAL ORDER
The petitioner in the instant writ petition has challenged his disqualification under Section 29C of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959.
2. The aforementioned orders have been passed on the ground that the petitioner committed default in repayment of the loan amount due to respondent No.6 - Bank.
3. The learned High Court Government Pleader, upon instructions, submits that, as on the date of passing of the impugned orders, the petitioner was a defaulter. However, presently, he has repaid the entire amount due and he does not suffer from any disqualification. However, she submits that presently, the petitioner is not a Director of any Co-operative Society and the present writ petition has become infructuous.
